Get Electronic Address Schemes

Returns electronic address scheme code enumeration per ISO 6523 standard. Used for Peppol network participant identification. Scheme codes identify the registration authority (e.g., 0192 for OMN VAT, 0235 for OMN TIN). Electronic addresses follow format {scheme}:{identifier} and are used for SMP lookup and document routing.

Use electronic address scheme codes when setting the endpoint_scheme_id field in party objects for Peppol network integration.
